2. What is an inverter system?

Inverter is a type of air conditioning technology that allows the system to vary its power output as the need in the house changes. Inverters are best used on small to medium installations.

3. What is the difference between a split system and a multi split system?

A split system has an indoor and outdoor part that is connected together. Meanwhile a multi split system has just the one outdoor part that is connected throughout the house through multiple indoor parts installed in each room. So while a split system powers up the one room, a multi split system powers up the whole house from one outdoor part.

4. What is Ducted Air Conditioning?

Ducted air conditioning provides cooled or heated air to moved through ducts running in the ceiling or under the floor to all parts of your house. Ducted Air Conditioning has a single compressor unit outside the house and the internal fan coil units are concealed in the ceiling or underfloor

5. What is R410A?

R-410A refrigerant was developed as an environmentally friendly and more efficient alternative to replace R-22 (Freon). R-410A refrigerant--also known as Puron--does not deplete the ozone the way R-22 does.

6. How do I pay?

You are only allow to pay by CASH, VISA/MASTER CARD DEBIT, and VISA/MASTER CARD CREDIT (2% SURCHARGES) when pick up at our shop 2/12-18 Fairfield Street, Fairfield East NSW 2165.
We do not accept credit card over the phone to make the payment for purchasing items.
We are only accept Electronic Funds Transfer/Bank Deposit for Online Order, Email Order & Phone Order. Shipping cost will be quoted upon request. Gree Sydney Air Conditioning Pty Ltd Banking details will be provided and send through via email to our dear customer.

7. What are the delivery methods?

Our Default Shipping Methods are Road Freight, DHL Courier Services and Australia wide standard shipping. Road Freight basically is deliver large and heavy items or items on pallets. You can choose DHL Courier Services and Australia wide standard shipping, which usually takes about 1-3 days from the date we receive your order. Shipping rate is calculated based on the weight of your goods. We are usually post within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment.
